Inspired Lending has assisted a property developer with funds to complete the build of a pair of semi-detached houses and settle outstanding bills. The 12 month bridging loan facility was secured against the part-complete properties at first fix stage. 1 of the properties was under offer, and the borrower had demonstrated his ability to complete 7 other properties in the same scheme so funds were provided upfront in a single tranche.

This loan had both planning and legal challenges to overcome but our experience and “can do” approach enabled us to remain committed to supporting the borrower and broker despite the obstacles. The borrower will sell the properties upon completion to repay their bridging loan.
