Inspired Lending has provided a borrower with a 12 month bridging loan facility of £350k by way of a capital raise against an existing property in Devon. The money was required to facilitate an investment in a property development project.

Given the low loan to value, we agreed to rely on an automated valuation for speed and no cost to the borrower. The property will be placed on the market for sale later this year to repay the loan upon expiry of the existing tenancy.
