Inspired Lending has arranged a £454k loan facility with a 15 month term to refinance existing debt and provide a capital raise for commercial purposes. Security for the loan comprised an owner-occupied light industrial warehouse and associated land with residential planning in Cambridgeshire.

The loan was completed in 6 working days from initial enquiry, using a desktop valuation. The borrower intends to revise the existing planning permission before selling the land with the benefit of enhanced planning.
