In a follow up article, Class of 2025, reunited, Gavin was asked to comment on his proudest accomplishments since making the cut, reflecting on the state of the market this year and what should we anticipate in the next 12 months?

‘What’s been particularly pleasing is seeing so many brokers complete their first deal with us, and then come back for more. Repeat business is the clearest sign that the service and communication are working. It tells me that the experience we’re offering is the right one, straightforward, reliable, and genuinely supportive.’

‘Looking ahead, I feel optimistic. The market is still full of challenges, but there’s a sense of balance returning. Borrowers are being more thoughtful, brokers are asking sharper questions, and lenders like us are evolving to meet that. If we keep communicating clearly, lending responsibly and staying grounded in what we do best, I think the next year will be another strong one for Inspired Lending and the specialist market as a whole.’
