Inspired Lending are pleased to announce that Lawrence Stephens has been appointed to their legal panel. Lawrence Stephens is a firm with specialist short-term property lending expertise and the appointment follows a successful working relationship built up of many years between our CEO and the firm. The firm has assisted the Inspired Lending team with various legal matters ahead of formal launch.

VAS Valuation Group has also been appointed as Inspired Lending’s panel manager for valuation services. VAS Valuation Group has a large and varied valuer panel and have developed their own technology and bespoke teams to manage each stage of the valuation process. They are experienced in both the speed and bespoke requirements of short-term lenders and are able to provide a dedicated service with quick turnaround times.
