While rates, speed and leverage will always play a role in decision-making, they do not capture the full picture. Brokers and clients have to consider certainty of delivery – which is why a strategic, case-by-case approach to choosing lenders is so important. A lender’s inability to deliver on terms provided can have severe consequences for borrowers.
